I am a psychiatrist dedicated to helping you find stability in the midst of life’s challenges. With a rich background, I bring a diverse set of experiences to my work. I graduated from Sao Paulo University Medical School and underwent a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology before moving to New York. Here, I delved into research at the Gynecology Department of New York University, shaping my understanding of women’s health.

My journey continued with a residency in Psychiatry at NYU, followed by a fellowship in Women’s Mental Health (Perinatal Psychiatry or Reproductive Psychiatry), also at NYU. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, I create a comfortable and inclusive space for patients aged 16 and older.

Within my practice, I focus on medication management. I encourage patients to have their own psychotherapist outside, with whom I will closely collaborate. My expertise extends to treating psychiatric disorders such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, Eating Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, as well as helping women during conception, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder.
