First session (60 minutes): $550
Follow-ups (30 minutes): $375
Follow ups are usually monthly but its frequency can vary depending on your response to the treatment.

Insurance

I am an “out-of-network” provider for most insurances. However, I do participate in the NYU Langone Top Tier health insurance (this is only for employees of NYU Langone Hospital).

You will receive a statement that you can submit as an “out-of-network” service for reimbursement. Please make sure you call your insurance and inquire about your out-of-network deductible and reimbursement rules. Each insurance company has their own policies.

Payment

Zelle and checks are accepted. Credit cards are also accepted but a 4% transaction fee will be added.

Cancellation Policy

The patient is responsible for 100% of the fee unless they cancel 48 business hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
